Become certified in Polarity Energy Balancing, a powerful healing modality. Learn how to work with life energy using bodywork sessions, Polarity Yoga, and sound therapy to balance the five elements – ether, air, fire, water and earth – the five-pointed star, and the six-pointed star. Emphasis will be given to the application of five-element knowledge in daily life through an understanding of modern stress science, Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and Polarity Therapy. This training is valuable on its own or as a complement to massage, yoga, nursing, counseling, physical therapy, and medical practices.

Andreas Ledermann is a naturopath, polarity therapist, craniosacral osteopath, author, and lecturer, who specializes in bringing alternative medicine to hospital settings with his pioneering work in polarity therapy, energy medicine, and creative art therapy. He cofounded and directs the School of Holistic Naturopathy in Zug, Switzerland, and is the author of Polarity Therapy.
John Beaulieu, ND, PhD, is a naturopathic doctor, counseling psychologist, board-certified polarity therapist, composer, pianist, and sound therapist. His career spans over 40 years of creative arts, healing arts, and martial arts. A world leader in the use of integrative energy medicine for healing, Dr. Beaulieu is the author of four books including Human Tuning, and Music and Sound in the Healing Arts. He is an instructor of sound science and sound therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Brigitta Raimann is a naturopath, polarity therapist, craniosacral osteopath, and social worker. She practices an integrated approach to bodywork, dream work, process-oriented psychology, yoga, dietetics, and meditation based on polarity therapy principles. She is cofounder of the School of Holistic Naturopathy in Zug, Switzerland.
