Digital downloads should be available through your customer account and purchase emails. The support center can route download-access questions to the correct help article.

The staging checkout has been adjusted so billing region requirements follow the selected country. Countries without a required state or province should not be blocked by the region field.

The medium package adds class and training presentation tools so product pages can recommend training pathways, resources, and follow-up support.

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is emailed after your order ships.

Customs and import fees are not included in shipping costs. Your country’s customs office determines these charges, and the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Returns from outside the United States are not accepted. Other returns, excluding exchanges and defective or damaged items, are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Exchanges must include the original packaging and tuning fork pouch, when applicable.

Use the order ID from your receipt or confirmation email together with the billing email used at checkout. Never enter payment-card details on the order-tracking page.
