The attachments can be cleaned under running water or with disinfectant. Some types of stones are delicate; the gemstone attachment can be damaged if it is dropped or struck against hard objects.

To Attach

Place the Gem Foot at the base of the tuning fork stem.

Using the enclosed Allen wrench, gently tighten the small screw until secure.

Do not over-tighten—this may strip the screw.

Tighten just enough so the Gem Foot stays in place while still allowing easy removal.

How to Activate

Hold the stem of the tuning fork or the Gem Foot in your hand.

Lightly tap the weighted end against a semi-soft surface (knee, outer palm, or an activator).

The fork will begin to emit a clear, steady vibration.

How to Use

Place the Gem Foot on the desired area of the body.

Hold in place until the vibration fades (approximately 30 seconds).

Move to the next point, spacing placements about 3 inches apart.

Do not apply more than twice to the same spot.
