When using the G Fork on the face, apply the activated fork gently and allow the vibration to fade before moving to another area. Avoid applying directly over sensitive areas, recent injuries, or areas of discomfort.
The G fork 192Hz can also be used on other areas of the body where the vibration can be comfortably sensed. Other areas include but are not limited to:
- Sternum – The breastbone located in the center of your chest.
- Sacrum – The large triangular bone at the base of your spine.
- Shoulders – The muscles and joints connecting your arms to your upper body.
- Jaw Area – The area around the jaw joint and surrounding muscles.
- Hands and Feet – The palms, backs of the hands, soles, and tops of the feet.
- Along the Spine – The series of bones running from your neck to your lower back.
The G fork and Otto 128 may also be used together for sound and vibration sessions for animals, including dogs, cats, and horses. Many practitioners and animal caregivers enjoy exploring the vibrational relationship between these two weighted frequencies as part of their overall approach to wellness and relaxation with their animals. Just like we have the Body tuners, C and G unweighted- for audible listening and tuning the nervous system, these weighted forks are the same C and G now weighted to use on different points on the body, to balance, and aid in healing inflammation, pain management, injury , and general overall well-being and relaxation.
We highly recommend that you use the G-Fork with a crystal foot. Check out the different crystal feet we have available under Gem feet.
Avoid applying tuning forks directly over recent injuries, fractures, areas of active inflammation, or other sensitive conditions. Tuning forks are intended to support wellness practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
